Scenic, tranquil, evocative…. The images you see on these pages are a result of my dedication to the art of photography. Images that are created through an understanding of Mother Nature and those times and places where she graciously allows me to capture her beauty and share it with you. Many of my images are taken at times when people are headed in from the weather or circumstance. Darkness, cold, fog, rain, snow and ice are the times I find most intriguing when making images. It is there that I find peace from a hectic world and enjoyment in getting back to the basics of life and natural beauty. It is during these moments I find creative energy in my interpretation of this gift nature bestows.
